Welcome to the MARKS Radio Control Club. Please sign our Guest Book Page. Our goal is that everyone can have fun flying radio controlled model aircraft. Our club is a private corporation organized to promote safe & fun radio control model aircraft flying.

The club flying field is located at Wind Lake Turf 23630 Burmeister Road Union Grove, WI 53182 From Hwy. 45 in western Racine County, between 4-1/4 Mile Road and 5 Mile Road, is Olson Road. The North Cape Church cemetary is on that corner. Turn west and go to Britton Road. Next turn north and follow the curve to the west. Then go 1.3 miles. Look for the trailers and the yellow Port-A-John. The area we are currently using is south of this location near the end of the gravel road. Flying locations will vary according to Wind Lake Turf's sod cutting and planting schedule. Always check at the office if you are not sure. The club meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 P.M., at Waterstone Bank, 6560 South 27th St., Oak Creek, WI.

The public is always welcome to visit our field and spend some time watching the flying and talking to the pilots. Only members and their invited guests who are members of the AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) are eligible to fly at the club field.

If you are a newcomer to the hobby, you hopefully have taken the time to learn what equipment you should have, and where you can acquire it. Don't be afraid to ask questions of our members. They will be glad to help you get started the right way. Remember, we all started like you. Get involved! Come and talk to the membership, we'll be happy to help you understand the methods of safe and fun R/C flying, which starts in your workshop.

All new club members, and guest flyers, whatever their experience, need to familiarize themselves with the club field rules and safety policies before flying. New members, and guest flyers, irrespective of their experience, will need to pass a check flight before being permitted to fly alone.
